Corrections policy
Accuracy matters more than speed. When you report an error:
- We check the claim against the program's official sources.
- If it is confirmed, we correct the review and update its date.
- If a correction changes a recommendation or safety advice, we say so on the page.
Please include the page URL and, if possible, a link to the official source that shows the correct information. We aim to reply within two working days.
Security reports come first
If you find a website impersonating a program we list, or believe an official release has been tampered with, put "Security report" in the subject line. These messages are read first, and we will update or flag the affected page as quickly as possible.
What we can't help with
- Wallet or exchange support. We don't run any of the programs we review and can't access accounts or recover funds. Contact the developer directly through their official site.
- Recovering lost coins. Be extremely careful with anyone who offers to "recover" crypto for a fee — it is one of the most common scams.
We will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys or passwords. Anyone who does, even if they claim to be from CryptApps, is trying to steal from you.
